Living Room and Kitchen:
The living room features a comfortable queen-size sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, pod coffee machine, raclette machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also a TV for entertainment or catching up on the news.
Bedroom:
In addition to the sofa bed, the apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm) suitable for adults (French bedding). Altogether, the apartment can accommodate up to five guests.
Bathroom:
The newly renovated bathroom includes a shower, sink, and separate toilet. A hairdryer is provided, and towels are included for your comfort.
Additional Amenities:
The apartment comes with high-speed Wi-Fi, offering fast and free internet access. For families with young children, we provide a travel cot and a high chair to ensure everyone feels at home. Board games are also available for lively evenings.
Extra Services:
A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry area, allowing you to manage your laundry easily during your stay. On the ground floor, you'll find storage facilities for your ski equipment.
Location:
The apartment is ideally located just a 3-minute drive from the Orelle ski lifts (with ample free parking). These lifts provide access to the 3 Valleys ski area, the largest ski domain in the world, with 600 km of slopes and 200 ski lifts (Courchevel, Méribel, Brides-les-Bains, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens, and Orelle). In under 20 minutes, modern gondolas take you to the summit of Val Thorens, over 3200 meters above sea level!
The property is also close to other Maurienne Valley resorts, such as Valmeinier (20 min), Valloire (30 min), Les Karellis (30 min), Val Cenis (40 min), and more. Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, just 20 minutes away by car, offers various amenities and local attractions: supermarkets with gas stations, banks, train and bus stations, cinemas, cheese shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, dentists, and various shops.
Access:
Located in the Maurienne Valley, the apartment offers smoother access than the Tarentaise Valley during peak travel periods. Orelle, a small family-friendly resort, ensures excellent snow clearing throughout the winter. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the motorway exit and 1 hour 45 minutes from the airports and TGV stations in Lyon and Geneva. You’ll avoid mountain roads and traffic jams, with free parking available.
Important Information:
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) is included in the booking.
- A €500 security deposit is required for each booking via Swikly, a reliable and secure online deposit system. No amount is charged to your credit card, and your card limit is unaffected.
- Pets allowed: Your four-legged companions are welcome.
- Check-in and check-out are scheduled for Saturdays (arrival from 4 p.m., departure before 9 a.m.). Adjustments can be made upon request, subject to availability.
- The accommodation may be challenging for people with reduced mobility (due to stairs).
- Need to accommodate more people? No problem! We can arrange bookings at the "Lodge 3 Vallées" for up to four apartments. Feel free to ask us!
