The living room features a convertible sofa and a television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: refrigerator, oven, microwave, raclette machine, and cooking utensils. All in a cozy space that opens up to the living area!

The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment.
You will have access to a reserved outdoor spot for your vehicle.

The studio is ideally located at the crossroads of the Saint-Jean-d’Arves and Albiez-Montrond ski resorts. You are less than a 10-minute drive from both Saint-Jean-d'Arves and Albiez-Montrond, 15 minutes from Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, 30 minutes from La Toussuire, and 45 minutes from the Orelle ski lifts, which give access to the 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world! The Maurienne Valley is also the world’s largest cycling area, with hiking trails, climbing routes, and mountain lakes to explore. Additionally, Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne is just a 20-minute drive away, offering many amenities and local attractions.

The accommodation is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) is included in the booking.
Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
During the winter season, arrivals and departures are scheduled for Saturdays (check-in from 5 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m.). If you'd like to modify your arrival and departure times, we can adjust them to suit your needs whenever possible.
