The bright living room features a convertible sofa and a television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette set, and cooking utensils. All of this in a cozy space that opens onto the living room!

The apartment includes a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed.
Bathroom:
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, and dryer for longer stays.

You will have access to a reserved outdoor spot for your vehicle.

The studio is ideally located at the crossroads of the Saint-Jean-d’Arves and Albiez-Montrond resorts. You are less than 10 minutes by car from the Saint-Jean-d'Arves and Albiez-Montrond ski resorts, 15 minutes from Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, 30 minutes from La Toussuire, and 45 minutes from the Orelle ski lifts, which give access to the 3 Valleys area, the largest ski area in the world! The Maurienne Valley is also the largest cycling area in the world, with hiking trails, climbing routes, and mountain lakes to explore. Finally, Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne is just a 20-minute drive away, offering many amenities and local attractions.

The accommodation is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) is included in the booking.
Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
During the winter season, arrivals and departures are scheduled for Saturdays (check-in from 5 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m.). If you'd like to adjust your arrival and departure times, we may be able to accommodate your needs, depending on availability.
